Product information for Zambon Spidifen 400 mg: Application of Zambon Spidifen 400 mg: Spidifen is an anti-inflammatory painkiller. This type of painkiller is also called an NSAID. It has an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and fever-reducing effect.Composition of Zambon Spidifen 400 mg: The active ingredient is ibuprofen l-arginate corresponding to 400 mg ibuprofen per film-coated tablet. Other ingredients (excipients) are arginine, sodium hydrogen carbonate, crospovidone and magnesium stearate. The film coating consists of hypromellose, sucrose, titanium dioxide (E171) and macrogol 4000. Usage of Zambon Spidifen 400 mg: Always use Spidifen 400 Tablet as described in this leaflet. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. The usual dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is: 1 tablet, followed by 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours if necessary; a maximum of 3 tablets per 24-hour period.The product is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age.
