Contains no gluten, eggs, dairy, peanuts, soy, yeast, artificial colors or flavors.Usage of Humic Solution Pure&Fulvic Fulvinezuur: Advice 1 – standard dosage Take 10ml three times a day before each meal, or 20ml before breakfast and 10ml before dinner. You can take this dose with fruit juice or (chlorine-free) water, optionally with other vitamins and/or nutritional supplements. For best results, take the standard dose an hour before meals. You can also start with the standard dose immediately, for example, if you react very sensitively to both regimens. This is equally effective, but it will take a little longer to notice any effects than if you follow one of the two regimens first. Recommended use 2 (21 days): Take 30ml of Pure&Fulvic three times daily (90ml per day) for 21 days. Dilute 30ml of Pure&Fulvic with 240ml of (chlorine-free) water. Take one hour before or after meals for optimal results. Schema: Day 1-21 Breakfast 30ml Lunch 30ml Diner 30ml Recommended use 3 (30 days) Some people are sensitive to the effects of the above schedule. It may be more comfortable to start with a lower dose. This is a gentler, slower variation of the above schedule. Instead of 90ml daily, this schedule starts with a daily dose of 30ml and gradually increases to 90ml. Take an hour before or after meals for optimal results.
