Shake the bottle before use and remove the protective cap. When using for the first time, you may need to press the applicator a few times until the product flows out.2. Gently insert the nasal applicator into one nostril and press the pump to apply the product, gently massaging the area.3. Drain any excess fluid to remove mucus and then blow your nose.4.
