Paracetamol Sanias 500 mg contains 500 mg paracetamol per tablet.Excipients: Maize starch, pregelatinized maize starch, stearic acidUsage of Sanias Paracetamol 500 mg: The usual dosage is as follows: 55 kg body weight): 1-2 tablets (500-1000 mg) at a time, to be repeated every 4 to 6 hours if necessary, maximum 6 tablets (3000 mg) per 24 hours. Children aged: 12-15 years: 1 tablet at a time, maximum 4 to 6 times per 24 hours. 9-12 years: 1 tablet at a time, maximum 3 to 4 times per 24 hours. 6-9 years: ½ tablet at a time, maximum 4 to 6 times per 24 hours.
